Systemic Coaching is an effective way to explore the dynamics and undercurrents of you and your project. The systemic method used depends on the question. There is the possibility of a Character -, Family -, Process/Therapeutic -, or Organisational Constellation.
Each systemic method has its own laws and particularities. Before starting it is important to acknowledge what part of the question belongs to the personal or artistic domain. We can work individual or in a group. The setup can be on the floor, which allows for placing yourself or others on the different positions; or at a table, working with cups or small dolls.
