Individual:
An individual session lasts for two hours. We can decide for a singular session or a multi-session trajectory.
The spoken language is Dutch or English.

In 2018 and 2019 I shaped and guided workshops for New Generation Film Academy at the Northern Film Festival (in 2018 part of Leeuwarden, Cultural Capital of Europe. In 2019 renamed as Filmkick!). The first day I worked on strengthening the group dynamic and help them connect with their felt senses. The second day was a bodywork interlude, to help them ground and relax in between presentations. The third day we explored feelings and body signalling when on stage, in preparation for the pitch competition.
In 2019 I offered a singular workshop for documentary filmmakers. In a two hour workshop I introduced the Character Styles and had the participants bodysculpt their protagonists, bringing awareness to the undercurrents and dynamics between filmmaker and protagonist at play.
